Philips PET824/37

The Philips PET824/37 is a mid-range portable DVD player with an 8.5"-diagonal TFT LCD screen with 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio. It can play numerous different disc formats, including DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW, Picture CD and VCD, and it can also play DivX compressed video, MPEG4 and JPEG file formats. It is supposed to last for a long time on one battery charge, with up to 6 hours of continuous playback. It comes with a car adapter and AC wall charger as well. The unit's design is supposed to be stylish and modern, as it has a glossy black finish. Sound output can be either the built-in 250mW stereo speakers, or up to two pairs of headphones with 3.5mm audio jacks.
