Philips WAS7500/37

The Philips WAS7500/37 is a Wireless Music Station designed to play music either from Streamium Wireless Music Center or directly from a PC. If used with a center unit, the WAS7500/37 wirelessly streams content (including Internet radio) from a distance concurrent with 802.11g standards. An alternate option is to stream from a PC via UpnP, or connect directly to a computer via Ethernet (RJ-45). No matter which option chosen, the WAS7500/37 can play PM3, PCM, and WMA files, although it itself holds no unit (e.g. CD player) for truly direct playback. Essentially, the WAS7500/37 is a portable unit designed only for STREAMING, and not real playback. Additional features of the Philips WAS7500/37 music station include a Dynamic Bass Boost, an integrated Equalizer, and a Class "D" Digital Amplifier. The Philips WAS7500/37 retails for $269.99 and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
