Ping G10 Irons are a set of clubs released by Ping that are intended to provide extreme forgiveness for a noticable game improvement. The 17-4 stainless steel heads are engineered with low toe weighting and a large perimeter-weighted face, which increases the moment of intertia to provide added forgiveness and consistency. The center of gravity is placed low in the club to promote a higher launch with lower spin. The Custom Tuning Port provides a consistent striking surface accross the full face of the club, while an elastomer insert helps control vibration and produces a solid feel. The G10 Irons use a custom designed TFC 129i lightweight graphite shaft and soft rubber 703 grip. Clubs available in this series are 2-9 irons, PW, UW, SW and LW.
