 The Pioneer AVIC-F90BT is a dashboard built in navigation device that is not just a GPS device.  It offers features like voice recognition for iPod playback and hands-free calling, bluetooth connection for cell phones, conversational phrase recognition, MSN direct tuner, 3D landmarks, Mobile Media, 800 x 480 pixel display, and will play DVDs.  The last feature is not necessarily a good one.  It also offers the ability to change the color of the screen to match the car - making it look like the device came with the car instead of being added later.  The Pioneer AVIC-F90BT is perfect for someone who wants more than just navigation out of a GPS device installed in their car, and doesn't mind paying for it.
