The Pioneer TS-D6902R are a pair of 6” x 9” 2-way car-audio loudspeakers built from dual-layer IMC Aramid/Basalt fibers wrapped into a composite cone. Larger than previous TS-D models, the TS-D6902R incorporates the TS-D6802R’s oval frame. However, it includes a much improved maximum power handling (360w versus 260w) and frequency response (28Hz-30kHz versus 30Hz-32kHz). The TS-D6902R also includes a 1-1/8” soft dome tweeter and an extra large rear chamber designed for lower crossover. In addition, the TS-D6902R sports a speaker grille, a custom-fit basket designed for Ford and Mazda automobiles, and a sensitivity of 90 dB.
