The Polar Wearlink transmitter unit is a soft, flexible chest strap that transmits heart rate signals to a Polar hear rate monitor. It is the first Polar transmitter strap with a consumer replaceable battery. Polar's other transmitter straps must be replaced when the battery runs down.
