The Polk Audio RTi A3 is a high-performance bookshelf loudspeaker surrounded in one of two options of real wood, either black or cherry. Like the Polk Audio RTi A1 the Polk Audio RTi A3 has Dynamic Balance polymer composite drivers, PowerPort bass venting that emphasizes the bass, Acoustic Resonance control that creates a more natural midrange sound, 1-inch Silk/Polymer Dome Tweeters that increase the detail of the smooth response, low viscosity ferro-fluid cooling and heat sink attached to a neodymium magnet, gold-plated 5-way binding posts for secure connections, intert stamped driver baskets, floating anti-diffraction grills, butyl rubber surrounds for greater durability, and magnetic shielding to allow it proximity to electronic devices without fear of distortion. What differentiates the Polk Audio RTi A3 from the Polk Audio RTi A1 is a slight difference in sound quality, size, and price.
