popchips are a type of chip that is made using the method similar to air-popped popcorn. The result is a chip that is neither fried in oil, nor baked, but rather "popped" using heat and pressure. Using this method, the chips have half the fat of a typical potato chip with no trans fat, no saturated fats, no cholesterol and no preservatives.
