Details

Having access to real time data in the palm of your hand allows you to determine how much electricity every device in your home or business uses.  Users of the PowerCost Monitor have apparently reduced electrical bills on average of 10-20% simply by bringing awareness to the user of how much money/electricity appliances and devices actually use.

Such a simple concept that actually works; show me how much energy I'm using in dollars and cents. It confirms what they're saying in this book.

I called their customer support about the installation process. The customer support staff confirmed that i did all of the installation steps correctly and that he would need to refer the matter to his supervisor. However, the supervisor is on vacation and he did not know when he would return and no one else was available to assist me. Mean while i wait for the supervisor to call and make a decision as to if i get a replacement sending unit. The product may be good but the service is not off to a good start.
