Pyle Audio PL683BL

The 6" x 8" PL683BL is one of the larger speaker sizes available in the Blue Label product line, which is a mid-range series offered by Pyle Audio.  Common features across the entire product line include a blue poly injection cone and non-fatiguing butyl rubber surround.  This model features a 1" high temperature ASV voice coil and 40 oz. magnet structure. Also included is a 1" neodymium film dome midrange and a 3/4" piezo tweeter, making this a three-way "triaxial" speaker system.  This is a standard 6" x 8" size speaker designed to fit OEM locations, and is sold as a pair. Pyle Audio also offers the PL573BL, which is a 5" x 7" 300 watt speaker designed to fit in 5" x 7" or 6" x 8" OEM locations. The overall frequency response of the PL683BL is 70Hz - 20 kHz, with 180 W RMS and 360 W Max. Includes grills, wires and mounting hardware.
