Pyle Audio PLBW124

The PLBW124 is one of three 12" woofers available in Pyle Audios Blue Wave series of car audio subwoofers. The others models are the PL1290BL and PL1295BL which are similar versions with a 2 x 90 oz magnet structure rather than the single 70 oz seen in this model. The Blue Wave series is intended to give car owners a higher quality sound and an affordable cost.  As the name suggests, all the models in the Blue Wave series feature an injection molded cone that is blue in color, and even features a blue chrome-plated steel basket.  Some of the functional features include non-fatiguing big rubber suspension, a bumped vented pole piece, silver plated terminal and 2" high temperature dual kapton voice coil.  The PLBW124 has a 1200 W maximum power handling and has a 5.76" mounting depth.
