Pyle Audio PLBW693

The 6" x 9" PLBW693 is the largest speaker size available in the Blue Wave series, which is a midrange line of car speakers made available by Pyle Audio. Common across the entire line, this speaker has a silver electroplated poly injection cone mounted in a silver coated steel basket with a non-fatiguing butyl rubber surround.  Unique to this series, the Blue Wave speakers also feature a bright blue LED light which turns on when the speakers are operating.  This is the only three-way "triaxial" speaker system in the series with a 2.5" film cone midrange and a 0.5" neodymium dome tweeter. This model has a 1" high temperature aluminum voice coil driven by a 70 oz magnet structure, which also is the largest in the series. This is a standard sized 6" x 9" speaker designed to fit in OEM locations, and is sold as a pair. The PLBW693 has 200 watts RMS and 400 watts maximum power handling, with a frequency response of 45Hz-20kHz. Includes custom grills, wires and installation hardware.
