The Pyle Audio PLD12WD are a pair of 12” DVC subwoofers constructed from a custom Titanium molded Poly cone. One of two subwoofers in the Dryver series, the powerful 3200w PLD12WD is in fact the most powerful 12” subwoofer offered by Pyle Audio, easily trumping its competitors such as the PL1290, PL1295, PLBW124, and even the formidable 2400w PLCHW12. In addition, the PLD12WD includes various unique features such as a unique custom-grooved specially-treated rubber surround, a diamond-cut Aluminum die-cast basket, and a chrome mesh magnet vent, not to mention spring loaded wire connectors and a dual-stacked magnet structure. It should also be noted that the PLD12WD offers a reduced mounting depth of 5.20” versus 6.60” (PLCHW12). The Pyle Audio PLD12WD is priced at $162.80, making it approximately $50 more expensive than its comparable peer, the PLCHW12.
