Pyle Audio PLG5.3

The Pyle Audio PLG5.3 are a pair of 5.25” 3-way coaxial car-audio loudspeakers built from a yellow colored poly injected cone. The PLG5.3 is essentially an upgraded version of the PLG5.2. The PLG5.3, however, maintains the PLG5.2’s 140w peak power output, 70w nominal power output, and 80Hz-20kHz frequency response. The differences lie in the fact that the PLG5.3 is a 3-way loudspeaker versus the 2-way PLG5.2. Furthermore, the PLG5.3 comes equipped with a .5” Neodymium dome midrange (versus the no midrange PLG5.2) and a super film tweeter. The PLG5.3 also features a hi-temp alumium voice coil, a yellow coated steel basket, and a custom grill, not to mention an extra strong capacitor for superior audio performance. The Pyle Audio PLG5.3 is priced at $37.50, exactly $1 greater than its weaker counterpart, the PLG5.2.
