The QNAP TS-210 is a 2-bay Network Attached Storage device designed for home and home office users. This product supports up to 2 separate 3.5" SATA I/II hard drives with a combined storage capacity of up to 4TB. Inside the device users will find a Marvell 800MHz CPU and 256MB of DDR2 memory, which enables stable data flow and performance. The TS-210 can be configured in RAID 1 mode for data redundancy. The iSCSI protocol is also supported for linking to other storage devices over a local network, wide area network or the internet. In terms of connections, one will find a gigabit Ethernet port and 3 USB 2.0 ports. Other features include a built-in UPnP / DLNA media server, allowing for multimedia content to be streamed to game consoles like the PS3 and Xbox 360, or mobile devices like the iPhone. The TS-210 comes with version 3 of QNAP's NAS management software, which features an AJAX-based web interface that is compatible with a wide range of web browsers.
