Excellent buy and delivered to the Orkney Islands within three working days. Found my SSID name as soon as I plugged it in but still needed my WEP Key. I then went to the internet explorer search bar and typed in 192.168.0.1 added my netgear user and password details to get the WEP Key (which I had not kept the details of as I should have). It would have been working in a minute if I had noted the WEP key down but as Neatgear does it automatically for their router and card I did not, but very important for wireless equipment that is from different makers as I have now found out! To program in your favourite 1-5 pre set channels you have to hold down each button until it says that it is saved and for 6 ?10 press the shift button and then each number - that was the only part that the instructions had omitted (the length of time to hold down the button) so it took me a little while to figure out. I like the ?on demand? features which let you listen again to the BBC but would like to see the Reciva station with more of the channels which seem to be available on Yahoo Music, AOL XM and Mikes Radio World. They say to email with channels that the listeners would like added so I will just have to do that and see what happens! The alarm is very easy to set. I also like to use it with my Sennheiser 120 wireless headphones connected to the box when others in the room don?t like my taste in music. Also the computer doesn?t need be turned on all the time, just the wireless router so there is no annoying fan making a noise. I am a 55 yr old music lover from the Orkney Islands where we cannot receive digital radio so The Magic Box lives up to it?s name and is well worth the cost.
