The Remington MS-5500 is a cordless, foil electric shaver that includes a Remington Smart Cleaner System developed to automatically clean and charge the shaver. The MS-5500’s foil shaver includes a one hour quick charge, a 60 minute run time, and a 5 minute backup power reserve in case you run out of charge too early. In addition, the MS-5500 features a complete battery gauge that displays the amount of charge remaining in 20% increments, plus an LCD indicator that shows how many minutes are left on the charge. When needing to charge or clean the shaver, the user places it in the Smart Cleaner, which then cleans, lubricates, and charges the shaver to full capacity.
