Very misleading product. I consider it very bad business and customer practice to not make it clear what you are buying is primarily an online service that also comes with a piece of hardware. The hardware really does not do 1/100th of it's advertised bang without loading the web page of the company where you pay additional money to use their or YOUR OWN audio clips on the box. I didn't need to be decieved into paying a couple hundred dollars to hear the (free) sound of my door opening; I wanted custom sounds and it's never made clear that you pay to even access those sounds you make yourself! Extremely deceptive and colors the whole product and company as third rate.
