"i purchased a handi-vac and it worked fine--i bought new bags but the handi-vac stopped working--i thought it was the new bags but i borrowed my sister's handi-vac and the bags were fine--its the handi-vac that is not working. i only used the handi-vac about five times now its no good to me---i tried new batteries more
