The Specialized Secteur Elite Apex is a 10-speed road bike that comes with smooth shifting options and is extremely lightweight.

The Secteur Elite Apex comes with a lightweight A1 Premium Aluminum double butted frame with an integrated headset, making the bike stiff, yet still compliant for various road conditions. It also comees featuring an efficient geometry for a smooth and comfortable ride. The Secteur Elite Apex comes with a FACT carbon fork that works to provide precise steering through even the tightest turns, as well as Zertz inserts that absorb any bumps along the way.
This bike is related to the Specialized Secteur Sport Triple, which has a lot of the same technical features but only has 9-speeds and comes with Shimano Sora STI shifters.

The Roubaix Comp Triple is a mid-range racing bike courtesy of Specialized Bicycle Componants, and has been designed to offer a winning balance of both high speeds, and comfortable distances. Featuring a Pro SL FACT carbon seatpost topped with a carbon reinforced Toupe Gel saddle that has been designed in accordance to Body Geometry shape, the ride is comfortable, with dissipated vibration and little energy wasted. Depending on the intended level of riding, the Comp Triple has a 4-position adjustable Specialized Comp Set stem, which caters to different forms and speed expectations. The Specialized S-Works Roubaix SL3 Dura-Ace is a high-end road bike designed for athletes. This is very similar to the Specialized S-Works Roubaix SL3 Di2, but uses the more traditionally designed Shimano Dura-Ace 10-speed shifters and a FACT carbon Pave seatpost with a Zertz insert to reduce vibrations. In all other ways they are the same, including the use of a FACT IS 11r carbon SL3 frame that weighs less than 1000 grams. This frame has increased tortional stiffness for better control and power transfer, and uses Zertz seatstay inserts. A matching FACT full carbon monocoque fork is used for stiff control with vibration-dampening Zertz inserts. Shimano Dura Ace carbon tubeless wheels are also used for better response and reduced weight.

Specialized Allez Double

The Specialized Allez Double is a low-cost road bike. This is similar to the Specialized Allez Triple, but uses two chain rings on the front sprocket of the Shimano crankset rather than three. Otherwise they are the same, using a bowed top tube and oversized alloy construction in the frame and ergonomic short drop aluminum handlebars. The frame is made of A1 Premium Aluminum that is made stiff to transfer energy better. This works with a FACT carbon/alloy fork for more accurate steering and some absorption of bumps for better comfort. The stem is shim-adjustable with a 31.8 mm bar clamp. The 8-speed Shimano shifters are designed for ergonomics to enable comfortable shifting.

The Bianchi Campione (2011) is the base model in Bianchi's Gran Fondo line of road bikes. This model's cro-mo frame offers lightweight durability and is TIG welded, so that there are no lugs to deal with. Trek Equinox TTX 9.5

The Trek Equinox TTX 9.5 is a road bike built to maximize aerodynamics. Upgrades from the 9.0 include Bontrager Race Lite Aero wheels, Bontrager Race X Lite Pro TT tires, an SRAM Rival crank, and SRAM Rival brakes. The frame is still OCLV Black Carbon as the OCLV Red Carbon isn't used until the Trek Equinox TTX 9.8 and 9.9. This is also the last in the series to use a primarily SRAM Rival drivetrain. The Trek Equinox TTX 9.5 is the only bike in the series to offer an XL frame size.

This bike shares all common components to the Trek Equinox TTX 9 series, including a Bontrager Race Lite TT saddle and a Cane Creek IS-2 headset integrated with cartridge bearings.

The Felt F2 is a high end road bike. The most unique aspect of the F2 is its electronic gear-shifting system (which is the main feature that sets it apart from the lower cost F3 model). The electronic system changes gears quicker than a traditional gear-shifting system, and requires less maintenance. This system comes equipped with a battery. The brakes of the F2 are Shimano Ultegra Dual Pivot brakes with Cartridge Brake Shoes. These brakes are professional racing quality. The Rubino Pro Folding tires of this bike are a hallmark of the series. The ergonomic grip of the 6061 Butted Aluminum handlebar helps to make your ride comfortable. The grips of the F2 are Felt's Gel Ribbon Cork Tape grips. The Giant Sedona DX is a mountain-style bike built for comfort. The Sedona DX differs from the Sedona with its comfort geometry, Maxxis semitread tires, and 24-speed Shimano drivetrain. The Sedona DX combines the best of two sorts of bikes, the mountain bike and the comfort bike. With the bars forward and the seat up it makes for a great trail bike with ultra low gears for hills. With bars back and the seat down it makes a great cruiser for the road. The design is stylish and offers stable balance and a smooth ride. However, the Sedona DX is rather heavy, and the plastic brake levers don't weather well and will need to be replaced. Also, positioning of the crank forward for comfort sacrifices leverage which makes it a little more difficult to pedal up hills. The Sedona DX is good for commuting, leisurely rides, light trails and street riding. It is available in charcoal, red, navy blue, and there is a women's model.

Trek 2.3

The Trek 2.3 is the next step up from the 2.1, maintaining the same frame composition and similar geometry but with an upgraded drivetrain. Other updates include Bontrager Race wheels and Race Blade handlebars, and a switch from Shimano Tiagra to Shimano 105 breaks. The crank has been changed to a Shimano 105 from the R-600, but other Shimano components are the same including the shifters, derailleurs and cassette. The grade of metal used for the frame is part what sets each series apart and this one uses the middle grade Alpha Black Aluminum which has been hydroformed for some aerodynamics. The SpeedTrap compatible fork has a port that will accept special wireless transmitters(sold separately) that can send speed, cadence and distance data to any ANT+ capable device such as a GPS receiver. WSD version is only available with the 2.1.

The Bianchi Infinito Ultegra (2011) is a road bike designed to be ergonomic and promote an optimal riding position so that serious road enthusiasts can ride for hours without experiencing discomfort. Like its peers, the Ultegra uses a slacker head angle, taller top tube, and longer chain-stays for enhanced stability, greater smoothness, and improved comfort. As an immediate upgrade from the 105, however, the Ultegra trades in Shimano 105 components for Shimano Ultegra components. The position of the brake level pivot has been changed for greater leverage, the drivetrain configuration had been updated to reduce rubbing on the front derailleur when the chain is exposed to extreme chain angles, and the braking power has been increased to allow for higher levels of control & response. The Ultegra, however, inherits a few traits from its predecessor, including Active Technology for enhanced power transfer, and improved vibration dampening so as to ensure the bike performs smoothly on any surface, no matter how rough.

The Bianchi Milano Parco (2011) is a road bike designed for casual and comfortable riding. This is similar to the Bianchi Milano Alfine (2011), but is built for more casual riding with a 3-speed internal gearing system. Many of the other features are the same, including the use of a Bianchi 26 inch MILANO CITY Aluminum frame and HJC DA-17 36h rims to provide a smooth and comfortable ride. Bianchi RC alloy brakes are also used in both cases along with a Viscount 2503 steel rail saddle, although in this case a Kalloy 27.2mm alloy seatpost is used to support a more upright sitting posture. The Felt Breed is an upper mid-cost road bike. Felt promotes this single-speed as being ideal for purists who favor simplicity over all else. The Superlite 7005 aluminum frame is (as the name implies) very light, and geared specifically toward cyclocross racing. This frame features forged horizontal dropouts with stainless steel inserts, for added durability. The bike's total weight is 18.27 pounds. The Felt F4 is an upper mid-cost road bike. Felt promotes this bike as being right at home in any professional race. The Bianchi Milano Citta (2011) is a road bike designed for a smooth and comfortable ride. Felt AR4

The Felt AR4 is a road bike with an aerodynamic UHM carbon fiber frame. This is similar to the Felt AR3, but uses Ultra High Modulus (UHM) carbon fiber rather than the Advanced MMC, and has a number of different components used in the assembly. The fork is built to match the frame, with an aerodynamic design using UHM carbon fiber in the blades, crown, steerer tube and fiber dropouts weighing a total of 450 grams. Both the drivetrain and the brakeset are made up of Shimano Ultegra parts, and the wheelset uses Felt AeroR2 700c rims with a CNC machined braking surface. As with all Felt AR bikes, an aerodynamic design is used in the construction of the frame to offer almost a full 2% advantage over round tube shapes.

The Trek Presidio is a cyclocross bike built for racing, commuting and all-weather riding. The butted Platinum series steel frame makes it heavier than the carbon counterparts, but still light and strong enough for general use. A carbon Bontrager Race Cross fork is used with Bontrager Race wheels to offer superior handling and traction over difficult terrain. The saddle is a Bontrager Evoke 2, which is built with a slim profile to allow for maneuverability and has chromoly rails for optional accessories. Trek Erwin

The Trek Erwin is a cyclocross bike with a price at the lower end of the Gary Fisher collection. While the Trek Cronus CX used Avid Shorty Ultimate brakes, for instance, here Avid Shorty 4 cantilever brakes are used instead. The frame is made of custom-butted Platinum Series Steel, which is heavier than the carbon counterparts in the series. A basic Bontrager Race Lite Cross fork is used to offer good handling, and Bontrager SSR wheels are used to balance decent performance with a good price. Shimano shifters and deraillers are used with an FSA Gossamer MegaExo crank and an SRAM PG-950 9-speed cassette to complete the drivetrain.

The Comp-Set stem of this bike works with an oversized 31.8 mm bar clamp for precise steering. If this bike is being used to commute in the city, having more control over steering can be useful. Reviews of the Specialized S-Works Tricross Comp have been favourable, with emphasis on the fact that it can ride well in a variety of environments.

The Cannondale Synapse HI-MOD DI2 is much more expensive than its sister product, the HI-MOD 1, almost double its price with a heavy price tag of eight and a half thousand dollars. The Specialized Roubaix is the base model Roubaix performance endurance road bike offered by Specialized, and is designed for long, smooth and fast rides. The Trek Madone 6.7 SSL is a road bike built for extreme performance. While similar in some ways to the Trek Madone 6.2, all of the Shimano parts have been upgraded to the higher performing Shimano Dura-Ace series. The Bontrager wheels and tires are slightly lighter, and the saddle is now a Bontrager Affinity Race X Lite WSD. The OCLV2 Red Carbon is still used, however, due to its superior strength and light weight. The design uses internal cable routing to reduce friction, and the front Bontrager Race XXX Lite fork uses an E2 asymmetrical steerer to allow for precise steering. The drivetrain is entirely composed from shifters to derailleurs by Shimano Dura-Ace parts which offer instant acceleration when needed. The brakeset is also Shimano Dura-Ace, with adjustable levers to match the rider. Pedals are not included.

The Trek Soho S is the singlspeed model in Treks Soho line of urban bikes named after the famous SoHo district in Manhattan. This line is designed for style, comfort and utility and is an ideal choice for the daily commuter. This singlespeed model is a more stealthy, low maintenance model than the base 8-speed Soho model and has seveal unique features such as Race Lite puncture resistant tires to handle any urban debris and extra padding under the saddle nose for a more comfortable carry up the stairs to your apartment or office. There are built in rack and fender mounts for easy addtion of racks, fenders, baskets and paniers. The Bianchi Cavaria (2011) is a mid-range cyclocross bike with a carbon frame. The frame is the same CYCLOCROSS design as the Bianchi Zurigo (2011), but it uses a lighter Carbon composite in the frame. All of the components are more streamlined for better performance as well, with Shimano shifters and derailleurs and a Shimano sprocket to ensure seamless and quick gear changing. The wheels are both Fulcrum Racing 7 blacks, and work with a Vittoria Cross XS 700X32C for excellent grip and a smoother ride. The seatpost is made of carbon fiber and supports a Fi'Zi:k PAVE CX SPORT designed to support a racer's movements. The Reparto Corse Compact alloy handlebar is covered in padded gel tape for a comfortable gripping surface.

The Trek Madone 5.2 is a high end racing bike built for speed. This is similar to the Trek Madone 6 series, but uses OCLV Black Carbon in the frame rather than OCLV Red Carbon. The Trek Madone 5.2 differs from the 5.5 and 5.9 models in that it uses a drivetrain that is entirely made up of Shimano Ultegra parts. Also in contrast to the 5.5, the brakeset is also Shimano Ultegra.

The Cannondale SuperSix 3 is a stiff road bike that’s had its weight reduced without sacrificing stiffness. As a step-up from the original SuperSix 2, the Cannondale SuperSix 3 trades in its predecessor’s inferior Mavic Ksyrium and Cannondale componentry in favor of Shimano Ultegra components. Ultegra offers lighter, more stylish, and more advanced specifications that in turn allow for superior performance on the road. Giant has come up with an affordable road bike, the Defy 3, for beginners. What makes the Defy 3 different from the Defy 1 and 2 is its 52/42/30 triple ring instead of a compact crank. However, performance-oriented cyclists will still find the Defy 3 suitable with its wide range of gears and its eight-speed Shimano rear derailleur. A tapered fork steerer and large bottom-bracket shell allow for bigger tubes all around and a stiffer, more responsive ride. Road vibrations are dampened by the carbon-composite fork with the aluminum steerer. The Defy 3 rides like the Defy Advanced and Defy Alliance, higher-up race-oriented bikes, but with the shorter top tube and geometry provides more comfort and upright ride. The Tarmac Elite is a performance road bike from Specialized's Tarmac series that is designed to provide handling and high performance on the road. The bike features a Body Geometry Toupe saddle and a Tarmac FACT carbon frame, making it lightweight and very rigid. It includes a FACT Comp carbon Pave seatpost that has a Zertz insert which provides a more comfortable ride by reducing vibrations. The Tarmac Elite has a drivetrain made with Shimano parts as well as lightweight and ergonomic alloy handlebars for comfort and easy manuevering. It also features an adjustable 3D-forged alloy stem that can be set to four different positions to suit the rider. The Felt F15X is a high-cost road bike. Like the other bikes in this product line, the components of the F15X are geared toward cyclocross racing. The F15X's carbon fiber fork takes the edge off rough transitions, and helps to make this bike durable. The Superlite 7005 aluminum frame is double butted for a solid feel. This frame features forged horizontal dropouts with stainless steel inserts, for added durability. The handlebar of the F15X is 6061 aluminum. This bike is equipped with Tektro high profile Euro-style cantilever brakes, which are made for precision stops. The xR3 700c 24mm deep aluminum rims of this bike are equipped with a CNC machined braking surface. This design helps with brake control. This bike differs from the lower cost Breed model in that it has more heavy duty components (such as carbon seat stays), and is also more lightweight (17.62 pounds as opposed to 18.27 pounds). However, this model lacks the higher cost F75X's maximum mud-shedding frame and fork. The Felt F15X road bike comes in a lime green color.

The Felt F5 is an upper mid-cost road bike. Felt promotes this bike as being equally adept at city limit sprints or long alpine climbs. At 18.22 pounds, the F5 is a lightweight ride. The frame of this ten-speed is Felt's HM High Modulus Modular carbon fiber frame with 3KP Finish. The fork of the F5 is also High Modulus carbon, which helps this bike to be durable. This fork comes with a compression device, allowing you to fine-tune performance. The saddle and seat post are also carbon-based, adding to the solidness of this bike. The 6061 Butted Aluminum handlebar of the F5 has an ergonomic drop, which helps to make the ride comfortable. The grips of this bike are Felt's Gel Ribbon Cork Tape grips, which help you to keep a stiff grip. The brakes of the F5 are Shimano Super SLR Dual Pivot brakes with Cartridge Brake Shoes. The Trek Madone 6.2 is a road bike for pro-tour riders. The frame is made with OCLV2 Red Carbon, which both maximizes strength and minimizes weight. The frame design supports internal cable routing to cut down on friction, and is also DuoTrap compatible. Precise steering is handled through a Bontrager fork, wheels and tires. The fork is in full carbon to avoid adding unnecessary weight, and is designed with an E2 asymmetrical steerer. The drivetrain is entirely made up all Shimano Ultegra parts which are geared to enable instant acceleration. The Bontrager saddle and handle bars are designed both to have slim profiles and offer long-ride comfort. Personal customization is encouraged, so pedals are not included. Shimano Ultegra parts are also used in the brakes and brake levers, as well as the shifters themselves.

Kona Jake the Snake is a mid-range commuter/racing bicycle very similar to the Kona Jake. Jake the Snake boasts a number of improved components over the Jake, such as Kore Race brakes (as opposed to the Jake's Kore Sport brakes) and a Shimano 105 drivetrain (as opposed to the Jake's Shimano Tiagra). Otherwise, though, the Jake and Jake the Snake sport the same features, such as a 7005 aluminum frame and a compact rear triangle.

The CAAD8 S 6 is one of Cannondale's lineup mid entry-level road bikes for 2010. The CAAD8 S 6 is a low-priced bike that comes with solid enough specs, which although not competitive, are nevertheless suitable for one entering the sport. The frame is a sturdy double butted 6061 alloy. Butting the frame means the quality of the welded area is consistent around its circumference, thus ensuring a durable frame. Butting the frame also makes the CAAD8 S 6 more comfortable to ride. Comfort is also improved from the CAAD7 with a larger number of headset stacking spacers to determine handlebar height, and the setback seatpost allows a good amount of saddle adjustment. The CAAD8 S 6 has a 9spd drivetrain and triple crankset, which will provide a good learning curve for a large variety of terrain. The combination of Shimano Sora and Tiagra are reliable and the Maddux rims with Formula spokes are durable. The CAAD8 S 6 is available in Nu Team Blue and Magnesium White, and Race Red and Jet Black.
