I just bought the "widescreen" versio of the Rover TV since I was looking for a larger screen size relative to a video IPod. I do like the unit withthe buttons on the side; but the navigation (up, down, left, right) isn't quite as nice as Apple's wheel, but once you get used to it, workds great. Video colors and screen size is great. The company admitted that their user guide was a bit weak, but I figured-out most of the functions of the on-screen icons. My particular unit must have been one of the first, since the earbud jack is slightly loose and "scratchy". The company has offered to give me a free replacement.

Wow, that's impressive that they would offer up a replacement so easily! If I had a long commute I'd probably go for something like this.
