"I posted this discussion and I was able to figure it out. I was running XP Home and I had ZoneAlarm firewall active. I had to work around XP Home and turn off ZoneAlarm...now it's all good!"

"OmarMy networking friend seems to think that is has to do with Windows XP Home not allowing you to set security on users or shares. "crsd36I was able to get RSS, weather and Shoutcast to work on a static ip when I changed the DNS to the Default Gateway, but still no luck streaming."

"crsd36 I was still not able to stream from my pc, even after my buddy looked at it. He could not understand it. We did only tinker with the DHCP settings and not the Static settings. We will try that tomorrow."
