The Samsung 930ND is a 19" PC-over-IP (PCoIP) display, which gives a true PC experience over standard IP networks. The next-generation IT infrastructure come equipped with a Teradici-compatible blade server and IP address. This allows data from a host PC to be accessed from anywhere at any time, while maintaining security to prevent data loss and hacking. The PCoIP display has a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 5ms response time and a 1280x1024 resultion. There are four USB connectors, 2-way HD audio, a DVI-out for a second display and supports PCoIP and RDP modes. The 930D is compatible with with Windows Vista, XP, 2000 and 98 as well as Mac OS Leopard, X and 9. There is advanced encoding/decoding done by the PC hostcard as well as a decoding chip in the monitor to deliver high-quality images and graphics displayed in real time. The 930ND uses superior compressed data transmission than earlier models for a higher quality image.

- Supports all mutlimedia including flash media and HD video
- Supports all USB peripherals including isochronous USB peripherals such as web cams, USB speakers etc
- Multi-display with DVI out for 2nd display (can be up to 1900x1200 resolution)
- True Zero Client - supports any user type
* no X86 processor in client
- No Application OS, no drivers
- Unique intelligent USB authorization (controlled by hardware for extreme security)
- PCoIP Zero Client for connection to VMware View (when supported, see vmware press release Sept 2008)
- 2-way audio with integrated speakers

Cons
- No support for ICA. Must put XenApp into RDP mode.
- Requires PCoIP PCIe add-in card today. (Vmware View will add software host capability going forward - see vmware PCoIP press release Sept 2008)
- Max resolution 1280x1024 for one display (note 2nd display could be any DVI display with resolution up to 1900x1200)
