The Samsung E840 is an mid-high level quad-band slider handset. It has a very thin sliding frame, large screen, and a built-in 2.0-megapixel digital camera with video capture. The E840 has an mp3 player as well as an FM radio receiver, and 70MB of on-board memory with up to 2GB possible using a microSD card. It also has a TV-out port to display images or video on larger screens. The E840 has a built-in document viewer to receive and view Word, Excel, PowerPoint or PDF files, and has Bluetooth connectivity as well. It is targeted at people who want a combination multimedia device, and who value the thin appearance of the frame.
