Samsung ES55

The Samsung ES55 (SL102 in the US) is a 10.2 megapixel camera that is relatively inexpensive like its sister product, the Samsung ES15 (SL30 in the US), but also comes in a variety of color choices: black, silver, gray/blue, and pink. The most significant difference is that the ES55 has a LiIon battery, while the ES15 uses AA batteries, causing a slightly higher price for the ES55. Other than that, it has all the same features as its sister product, a 2.5" intelligent LCD viewing screen, beauty shot, face detection, movie mode, self portrait and an automatic sensitivity to poor lighting conditions. The Samsung ES55 does not have a signifcantly better zoom or feature collection than the cheaper Samsung ES15, except for the battery type.
