- very slim at 11.9mm (2mm thicker than Toshiba TG01, but 0.4mm slimmer than iPhone 3G)

- very short battery life (3h) despite high capacity battery (according to reviews like techradar.com in fall 2009)
- annoying functionality of lock button
- OS reportedly not as fast as other Android smartphones on same 528MHz processor
- unreliable 3.5mm headphone jack
