The Samsung SN-S082 is a slim, internal 8X DVD / 24x CD writer specially made for use in notebook PCs. It can burn single-layered CDs and DVDs, as well as dual-layered DVDs for up to 8.5 GB of recording space. The Speed Adjustment technology ensures error-free reading of all media types and increases the life of the drive while the Tilt Actuator Compensation technology improves the unit’s recording ability on deformed/aged media. It also hosts Double OPC technology, which guarantees reliable, zero-free recording. The Samsung SN-S082 is also eco-friendly and does not use materials such as Pb, Cd, Cr+6, Hg, PBBs and PBDE which are harmful to humans and the environment.
