Details
The Sanyo VPC-HD2000 is a full HD camcorder with a revolutionary design cited as making the art of photography appear urban, hip, and stylish. The second of two Sanyo VPC full HD camcorders, the Sanyo VPC-HD2000 is an upgrade from the Sanyo VPC-FH11. Although the VPC-HD2000 trades in its peer’s 8GB of internal memory for no memory, its F2.0-2.9 aperture for a F1.8-2.5 aperture, and its 3” LCD screen for a 2.7” screen, the VPC-HD2000 is nevertheless considered an upgrade due to its revolutionary and highly-stylish, vertical pistol-grip design. In addition, the VPC-HD2000 boasts a 10x optical zoom lens and a 8.1 megapixel image sensor, not to mention a 16x advance zoom. Plus, the VPC-HD2000 offers full high-definition, progressive 1080p (1920x1080) recording at 60 fpm, not to mention high-speed recording at 240 or 600 fps. The VPC-HD2000 also offers up to 3200 ISO, a digital image stabilizer for both photos and videos, an SD/SHDC card that reads up to 32GB, 8GB of built-in memory, and an HDMI output. The Sanyo DMX-HD2000 retails for a more expensive $599.95 (versus $499.95) and comes with a 90 day limited warranty.
