The Saucony Grid Sinister is a lightweight training shoe for the neutral runner. It is designed to natrually propel the runner onto their forefoot and has responsive cushioning with a great fit. The visible rearfoot grid system provides superior cushioning and stability by centering the heel on impact, and the flexion plate provides a more efficient heel to toe transition. Additional cushioning and step-in comfort is provided by the HRC strobel board. It is made from compression molded EVA which provides increased shock attenuation, responsive cushioning and durability. The anti-odor Ortholite sockliner is breathable and wicks moisture away from the foot while the anti microbial Ortholite insole provides step-in comfort with rebound properties.
