The ProGrid C2 Glide is a men's training shoe from Saucony's ProGrid lineup. The shoe is designed for runners with neutral pronation and has an air mesh upper which allows the foot to breathe. It features a full-length ProGrid midsole with Respon-Tek that absorbs impact and shock and allows for smooth transition throughout the stride.

The ProGrid C2 Glide utilizes a TPU shank for stability with Compression Cradle (C2) technology beneath it to cushion the foot. It also has an outsole comprised of XT-900 and XT-600 carbon rubber to provide grip and durability. The shoe is available in a Silver/Black/Orange or White/Red/Black color combination.
