The ProGrid Guide 3 is a training shoe from Saucony's ProGrid lineup that provides light stability to runners. It is designed with an air mesh upper for breathability and has a Comfortride sockliner which keeps the foot dry and reduces odors.

It features Saucony's ProGrid technology in the heel to absorb impact and shock and allow for smooth transition throughout the stride. The shoe also has a Super Rebound Compact (SRC) Impact Zone and SRC cushioning in the forefoot for added protection on impact. The ProGrid Guide 3 utilizes a dual density impulse EVA midsole for stability and to support the foot. It also has an outsole comprised of XT-900 carbon rubber to provide grip and durability. The shoe is available in men's and women's sizes and colors.
