Saucony ProGrid Ride 2

The Saucony ProGrid Ride 2 is an entry-level running and everyday training shoe that uses Saucony's ProGrid sole technology to help spread out the force of impact over the foot. It is also supposed to make for a smoother transition while the foot is in contact with the ground. It has a liner around the top of the shoe that wicks moisture away and is supposed to provide upper-shoe area comfort for areas that contact the skin. It also has a foam insole liner that has cushioning and rebound properties, as well as being anti-microbial. The heel area is also supposed to be well-protected from shock, as are other points of impact on the foot, like the ball.
