Schwinn 2010 Sierra GS

The Schwinn 2010 Sierra GS is the mid model in Schwinn's line of Sierra bikes which is a part of their Comfort 26 line of comfort bikes. Compared to lower models, the Sierra GS is an ideal bike for more frequent cyclists looking to hit paved of gravel bike paths. It features a 21-speed drivetrain with SRAM twist shifter and SRAM/Shimano rear/front derailleurs and uses ProMax linear pull brakes on the front and rear wheels. Unlike the base version, this model features a 50mm suspension fork for a comfortable ride even on bumpy bike paths. For added comfort in has a coil spring comfort-tuned plus saddle, suspension seatpost and comfort-tuned grips. Other components include Weinmann TM19 alloy rims, resin comfort pedals and 26"x1.95" Schwinn Approved city tread tires. It is built using a Schwinn N' Gauged high tensile steel frame and is available in a women's model which features a lowstep frame. The men's model is available in black or white while womens' model is only available in white.
