The Pros:LED backlit - provides better black levels and consumes less energy than CCFL-based sets. Picture quality - the set produces bright, vibrant colors and dark blacks. Good legacy connection support - includes an S-Video input in addition to Composite and VGA.
The Cons:Lacks the faster 240Hz refresh rate - only 120Hz capable. Manufacturer warranty - only 1 year. Uses edge-lit LED technology - not as evenly backlit as full-array LED HDTVs.
The Sharp Aquos LC-42LE620UT is one of three LE620 Series edge-lit LED HDTVs released in 2010. As the smallest unit, the 42” LC-42LE620UT provides a full 1080p resolution with a 6.5ms response time and a 1M:1 contrast ratio.

Featured is 120Hz technology to ensure blur-free motion, ATSC/WAM/NTSC tuners for accessing DTV and analog television, and a variety of inputs including HDMI, Component, and Composite. Unfortunately all Aquos LE620 models lack any Ethernet or Wireless connectivity, not to mention USB/SD-card memory expansion. They do however provide an integrated audio system and support for digital still media.
