Shure SE535

$500.00 Released August, 2010

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Cables can easily be detached at the ear pieces - makes replacing or upgrading broken / stock cables easy. High-quality, attractive packaging (aluminum box). New Kevlar-reinforced material used in construction of the cable - much stronger than the plastic only cable of the SE530.

The Cons:Expensive for non-customs. No significant sound quality improvements over the E500 / SE530s, simply another slight design tweak / improvement.

Shure SE535 are high-end headphones built for high sound quality and compatibility. They use three separate micro-drivers in each bud: a dedicated tweeter and dual woofers. This specialization allows for a more spacious sound with rich and powerful bass.

The over-the-ear configuration and premium fit kit allows for a perfect seal over the ear canal, enabling a sound isolating design that filters out up to 37 decibels of background noise. The audio cable is fully detachable and uses gold-plated connectors for a higher definition connection. Adapters allow the cord to connect to 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, or European Airline armrest audio jacks.
