Agreed: "The GUI which appears on TV can be improved. The back speaker terminals dont take 10AWG wire hence bannana pugs/ connectors are required. "

"I just want to say that the AVR-5805CI is THE BEST receiver Denon has EVER made! Yes the 5308CI has the newer formats, HDMI 1.3a, and some new features not present in the 5805. But as far as sound quality goes, this is THE BEST. It sounds FAR better than the 5308CI, and it's better built. more
