Skechers Shape-Ups Incites are cross-trainers built for a smooth and fast walking or jogging gait. They are built with a sculpted rubber outsole and a 1 1/2 inch midsole height at the center, creating a heel-to-toe roll forward with each step.

The upper is made of leather with mesh fabric side panels to allow air flow. The collar and tongue are padded and the insole is also cushioned for comfort. The shoe is secured by laces in the front, and a firm polyurethane frame helps to support and stabilize the foot. The midsole uses a Kinetic Wedge which absorbs shocks and makes up much of the material that promotes the forward roll effect. A detailed exercise guide is included.
