At $49, the j-JAYS are a great choice to replace stock ear buds or entry level headphones, isolating just as well as canalphones that cost up to 4 times as much....

Cons
- Skullcandy is mostly marketing and distribution - poor headphones
- many similarly priced alternatives will sound better
- expensive for what they sound like
- will make you look annoying too
- marketed and designed to appeal to annoying people

Pros
- come with three different sizes of rubber covers
- a total "seal" is not required for these to sound decent
- extender wire that gives you about a foot and a half more on your headphones
Cons
- bass can be muddy and over-powering
- fall out while running
- the stiff cord is pretty noisy
- Made out of heavy metal; and so can get really cold in winter-time weather.
- No microphone, no shortcut button. Just fits into the IPhone jack.
