Emmy Recognition

Woohoo!

Seems that I'm not the only person that sees and appreciates fine quality television.  Sleeper Cell has been recognized by the television gods and received an emmy nomination (check the full list here).  Hopefully this propels the show into mainstream acceptance and a lot more people are able to witness the powerful story told in those 12 episodes.

Well, I'm as likely to start watching it as I am its other contemporaries: Masterpiece Theatre: Bleak House (Woohoo, can't wait!), Into the West (um...yeah, anyday now), and finally Elizabeth I (actually, this one is probably pretty good).

Well if the combined recommendation of me and the Emmy association isn't good enough for you... then I don't know what is.

Maybe if Zidane approved it.

I'm with Omar. This show is powerful, and the deserves all the recognition it gets. I heard Marco Materazzi bought the DVD.
