The Slim Devices Transporter is a high-end music streaming unit which also functions as an Internet radio receiver when coupled with a broadband internet connection and router. Either way the Transporter will need a network connection to stream various types of audio files such as FLAC and AIFF audio files, MP3, AAC, Ogg Vorbis, WMA, and much more. It can accept digital inputs on coaxial, optical, and BNC S/PDIF, as well as AES/EBU balanced connectors for high quality transfer of audio. Basically, the Transporter is a high quality DAC(Digital Audio Converter) designed to decode and play compressed files on the fly with optimum sound quality.
