The SMC SMCWBR14-N2 is a wireless broadband router, allowing users to share a broadband internet connection across their home or small business network. The SMC SMCWBR14-N2 features Wireless-N technology, but is still compatible with Wireless-G and –B technologies. It also allows four wired 10/100 Megabit connections. The SMC SMCWBR14-N2 boasts built-in firewall protection, using a NAT firewall with SPI. The SMC SMCWBR14-N2 uses WPA and WPA2 security encryption, and allows VPN pass-through as an option. Released September 2007, the SMC SMCWBR14-N2 retails at $90.
