I know I originally posted this a while ago, but I didn't see your response and figured I would say something now. I practically took this from the Newsweek article, and didn't think about the impact the words in the title would actually have. I agree that it does make Estonia sound like something out of the stone ages. I apologize for not using my brain to think about was I was writing, and for not doing my own research on the topic and only using what Newsweek had to say.
