Sony Bloggie 3D (MHS-FS3)
$249.99
Released January, 2011
The Pros:As a standalone 3D record, it offers great value in terms of picture quality and function. Touchscreen user interface is intuitive, and settings menu offers good options for users. Excellent build quality and materials, a very well constructed device.
The Cons:Unlike most Sony products, the Bloggie 3D lacks some key physical buttons for standard camera, which is disappointing. Occasional white balance error that requires manual reset, otherwise it will serious affect the picture quality. Still picture quality is not as good as the original Bloggie Touch.
The Sony Bloggie 3D (MHS-FS3) is a portable digital video recorder built with a minimalist design that can comfortably fit in a pocket. This is related to the Sony Bloggie Duo (MHS-FS2), but uses two sensors to record 3D content and only has the one screen.

Storage has also been expanded to 8GB of internal memory, making it possible to record up to 4 hours of content. The 2.4 inch LCD is designed to allow 3D viewing directly without the need for 3D glasses. Subjects can be illuminated with a built-in LED light, and SteadyShot image stabilization reduces motion blur from handheld shooting. Video is recorded to an MP4 file at 1920 x 1080p resolution, and can be copied to a computer with a flip-out USB arm. Video can also be output to an HDMI port with full 3D support.
