The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H50 is part of the company's point-and-shoot line of cameras and features a 8.1-megapixel Super HAD CCD along with a Carl Zeiss 15x optical zoom (30x digital zoom) lens. It comes equipped with many of the standard Cyber-shot DSC components such as Smile Shutter and Super SteadyShot technolgy as well as Face Detection (which automatically controls flash, exposure, white balance and focus settings for accurate colouring). The DSC-H50 hosts HD photo viewing capabilities and a 3-inch Tilt-up Clear Photo LCD Plus screen as well.
