Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T99

$250.00 Released July, 2010

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Records video in 720p high definition - video is clear, with crisp audio. Durable Sony build - quality design and materials, doesn't feel like it will break when put in a pocket. Less than 3 seconds from opening the lens to taking a picture.

The Cons:Minimal internal memory can only handle a moderate number of pictures before it has to be cleaned out. Difficult to operate one-handed without accidentally triggering an action on the touchscreen. Touchscreen interface is somewhat laggy.

The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T99 is one of three compact digital cameras (DSC-T99, DSC-TX9, DSC-WX5) released in summer 2010 as fresh additions to the Cyber-shot series. Though the DSC-T99 offers the best imaging at 14.1 megapixels, it’s the only one among the three to be limited to just 720p, 30fps HD film capture (versus 1080p full HD).
