The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX1 is a compact 10.2 megapixel digital camera offered by Sony. It has a wide agle 24mm lens with 5x optical zoom letting you take pictures in small rooms or zoom in on your subject in a large space. It incorporates the "Exmor R" CMOS sensor and boasts stunning low-light performance, reducing grain by more than 50%, even without a flash. It can shoot HD movies with 720p resolution with MPEG4 format. The BIONZ image processor delivers high resolution and fast performance which enables Sweep Panorama Mode to create the wide panoramic image in the camera in just seconds and clear images in low light settings. The Intelligent Scene Recognition (iSCN) Mode automatically detects 9 different scenes and the Intelligent AF quickly locks focus on your subject.The Optical SteadyShot image stabilization uses a built-in gyro sensor to automatically detect and correct camera shake to prevent blurring. The Intelligent Auto mode detects faces and lighting conditions, Intelligent Scene Recognition (iSCN) Mode automatically detects 9 different scenes and the Intelligent AF quickly locks focus on your subject.
