Part of Sony’s high-end BRAVIA brand, the DAV-HDX576WF home theatre system features 5.1 surround sound and wireless speaker technology. Also included with the total six speakers is a Sony S-AIR AirStation speaker, which wirelessly connects to the receiver and allows simplified multi-room audio. The HDX576WF’s receiver also features an upscaling HDMI output, maximizing the picture quality of any DVD. The player also features Sony BRAVIA Sync technology; if connected to a BRAVIA HDTV, the TV will take over many of the receiver’s control functions, simplifying set-up and use.
