The Sony ECM-HW2 is a Bluetooth wireless microphone designed for secure recordings from up to 100 meters away. Outfitted with a microphone, a receiver, and two earphone jacks, the ECM-HW2 features 2-way communication so that one can shoot (record) while still talking to somebody else. In addition, the ECM-HW2 records in true 5.1 channel center sound (w/compatible Handyman models), offers 3 hours of continuous operating time, 9 hours of standby time, and is compatible with almost every camcorder with Active Interface Face. The ECM-HW2 also allows the user to select the recording voice of just the subject, just the recorder, or both. Plus, the ECM-HW2 comes equipped with a volume control button for voice monitoring.
