The Sony Ericsson W850i is a tri-band GPRS mobile slider phone designed as a wireless & portable walkman. It comes equipped with Disc2Phone software, allowing users to transfer entire CDs to their phone via any compatible PC. In addition, the W850i includes a direct link to online music stores, via which users can search, browse, and purchase their favorite album tracks. Like its photo-specialized peer, the S500i, the W850i features Bluetooth technology for wireless transmissions, PictBridge for sending photos straight to a printer, and PC synchronization via USB. In addition, the W850i boasts a digital camera that also records video, Internet functionality, and support for A2DP headsets. In regards to audio quality, the W920i utilizes MegaBass to add depth and stereo widening for a larger, more intensive sound.
