Sony Handycam HDR-TG

The Sony Handycam HDR-TG is a high-definition camcorder residing in Sony's Handycam series. The HDR-TG is targeted more towards home users who want to shoot in HD, rather than amateur and semi-pro video artists. The HDR-TG is also smaller than other Handycam's, and Sony markets it as being portable. The HDR-TG shoots in up to 1080i with Dolby Digital 5.1 sound; when shooting at this quality its internal 4GB flash storage can hold twenty-five minutes of footage. To view the footage, one can either connect the camera to a computer via USB, or to a TV via component or HDMI. The HDR-TG can also take 4MP pictures, even while shooting video. It will recognize up to eight faces and optimize the image while taking pictures or video.
